1) I started my vector landscape by creating a new file>letter>renaming it to my first and last name and vector landscape and then deciding if my landscape was going to be horizontal or vertical. After creating my file I began to set up my background by using the rectangle tool (shape tool)>using orange and yellow gradient options> changing from 0 degrees to 90 degrees>changing the fill to our preference and moving the bubble at the bottom, if needed then we click on layers and click on the little carrot or the arrow pointing down and click on the lock next to the eye. Then I started with the middle ground first I selected the pen tool and started to make my mountains and if needed I would click on the curvature tool then I started with my buildings then proceeded to create windows. Then I began to create my crescent moon which started by drawing two circles, overlapping them then I selected both of them by clicking and dragging which then selected the shape builder tool and then holding on to the option key and clicking on the sections not wanted. Then I clicked on Fx>stylize and outer glow and then edited the type of opacity of the glow. next up I started with the stars by clicking on elips or the star shape tool>change the fill>Fx>distort and transform>pucker and bloat>move slider to the left>Fx>stylize and outer glow then change the size of the star>windows>symbols>plus sign> label the symbol and then click on the spray can tool. When starting with the clouds my first step was to use the brush tool>draw my clouds>change the fill and the opacity to make it transparent>Fx>blur>gausin and blur. After that, I finished it off with some image trace which is just to find an image like the foxes I have on and dragged and dropped onto AI then clicked on image trace>silhouent>expand ungroup (ungroup if necessary) and then placed on my landscape I repeated this with the trees and the owl and then I was finished.
