1) I decided to redesign the cover for Cinderella because it seemed the most fun and I was more familiar with this book.
2) I took the pastel sky and used it for my book cover.
I started with my moodboard where all my ideas and the ideas of the client would be placed. Then I took some of the images from my moodboard moved them to Adobe Illustrator and began to create the princess and the prince. After that, I began to work on the background, where I went to Microsoft AI placed a prompt, and created it. Then I began to type in the title and description of the book. Finally, I placed a cat and some mice in the back of the book.
4) The background was the easiest part of the artwork and the most challenging were the princess and prince and recreating the clouds.
5) My redesign needs work, because I feel like my redesign is all over the place and doesn't have a theme, I knew what I wanted but I didn't organize my ideas properly. The princess and the prince are not complete, the back cover isn't either and there was a long more that I wanted to add and I couldn't.
